"Pretty smooth financial aid process"
My financial aid experience was mostly easy and straightforward. The billing was clear for the most part, though I did have to call once to ask about a charge. Luckily, they got it fixed quickly. It wasn’t completely perfect, but overall I had a good experience and I’d feel comfortable going through the process with them again.

"Online classes were kind of all over the place"
I had a tough time keeping up with the online classes, everything felt a bit messy and hard to follow. When I reached out for help, support took a while to get back to me, which just made the whole experience more frustrating.

"Good classes, though some were better than others"
I’d probably give Strayer University Learning about 4 stars for the classes themselves. Most of my instructors seemed to really know what they were talking about, and they explained things in a way I could actually keep up with, even after a long day at work.
The assignments felt useful overall, not just like random busy work. Uh, I will say the feedback was kind of hit or miss depending on the professor, so some classes definitely felt more helpful than others.
Overall, I learned a lot and felt like the courses were solid. It wasn’t perfect, but the academic side was better than I expected.

"Decent classes, but career help was a mixed bag"
My experience was kind of in the middle. The classes were fine overall, and I did get some useful help with my resume, which I appreciated. I guess I expected the career side to lead to more, though. I did end up finding a job later on, but it wasn’t really through Strayer connections or anything like that. Support was okay when I needed it — not bad, not amazing, just sort of there. So yeah, not a terrible experience, just not quite what I thought it might turn into

"I’ve always had a lot of respect..."
I’ve always had a lot of respect for this school, so I really wanted to have a better experience. But student advising was a mess for me. My advisor barely got back to me, and when they did, the answers were confusing or didn’t really help. I ended up feeling like I was trying to figure everything out on my own, which was disappointing because I still want to support the school, but this part made it hard

"My experience with faculty support was a bit mixed"
In my experience, faculty support really depended on the professor. Some were genuinely helpful and easy to reach, while others barely responded, which made things frustrating at times
